The family pension is located in a quiet residential area in Prague 8 Kobylisy with excellent access to the center of Prague. There are tram, bus and metro stops nearby and thanks to this you can easily reach the city center in just 15 minutes.
The accommodation offers four double rooms with the possibility of an extra bed and one two-room apartment for up to six people with its own kitchenette. All rooms are newly renovated and modernly equipped. A private bathroom, TV with satellite programs and unlimited internet connection are a matter of course.
In the morning, you can enjoy a rich breakfast, including a homemade pie from the owner. It is served in the attic room, which you can use during the rest of the day for pleasant meetings with friends. For children, there is a children's corner with lots of toys and children's books. There is also a garden with seating and a sandpit for children.
If you arrive by car, you can park directly in front of the pension (free on weekends and weekdays from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.) or behind the gate in the garden for a fee. You can also charge an electric car there for a fee.
The newly renovated and modernly equipped rooms will provide you with comfort, whether you are traveling alone or with your family. We can offer you one double room, two triple rooms and one double room with the option of up to two extra beds. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower and toilet, hairdryer, towels and toiletries are available. The rooms are equipped with a television with satellite programs and an internet connection with unlimited free internet access. As a courtesy there is everything you will need for making coffee and tea in the room.
In you are looking for the comfort of home during your travels, we can offer you a spacious two-room apartment that is suitable for up to six people. The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with a view of the garden, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. In the bedroom you will find a double bed and two single beds, a large wardrobe, armchairs and a table. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa that can be folded into a comfortable double bed with a classic 160 x 200 cm mattress for two more people. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, an oven and a microwave oven, a fridge with a freezer and all the dishes and utensils for cooking. There is also an electric kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine with Tchibo capsules. There is also a large dining table with six chairs, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite connection. The private bathroom accessible from the hall is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Bed linen, towels and toiletries are of course available to guests.
The pension is situated in a quiet residential area in Prague 8, Kobylisy, which has excellent transport connection. Just a few minutes' walk from the pension you will find a stop for trams, buses, and metro station C. The center is 5 km from the pension and is easily accessible by car (10 min.), metro C (10 min.) or tram (20 min.). Kobylisy metro station (line C) is only a 5-minute walk from the pension, and only 5 stations separate you from Wenceslas Square. Tram No. 17, whose Líbeznická station is 200 m from the pension (non-stop service throughout the day and night), will take you to the center in 20 minutes. The pension is ideally located for visitors of PVA Letňany (4 stops by metro C), Výstaviště Holešovice (1 stop by metro C) and the O2 Arena, where various concerts and cultural events are held. The Florenc bus station is 3 metro stops away, and the main station is 4 metro stops away.
Around the pension you will find everything you might need during your stay. You can choose from a number of pleasant restaurants, whether you want to go for brunch or a romantic dinner. Sports enthusiasts will certainly be impressed by the tennis and squash courts, but you can also go to aerobics or table tennis. You can visit the forest park for a relaxing walk or fitness run. Just a few hundred meters from the pension there is an aqua center with water slides and other activities for children, as well as swimming lanes and a world of saunas. We will be happy to recommend where to go for a cosmetic treatment, massage or a solarium.
In addition to the historic center of Prague, you can also visit the famous Prague Zoo or the Botanical Garden with the Fata Morgana tropical greenhouse. Both are only 10 minutes by car from the pension.

1.Check-in and check-out?
Standard arrival is from 15:00 to 21:00, on the day of departure the room must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning. The pension does not have a reception desk with permanent service. If you plan to arrive at a different time, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
2. Early Check-in
Early arrival is only possible after prior arrangement from 12:00 pm for a fee of CZK 250.
3. Late Check-in
Late arrival after 21:00 is possible only after prior arrangement for a fee of CZK 250.
4. Payment
Payment will be made in cash upon arrival at the pension, we do not accept payment by credit card..
5. Parking
If you arrive by car, you can park in front of the pension (the blue parking zone is available for free daily from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on weekends) or in the garden for a fee of CZK 250/night. Due to capacity reasons, it is necessary to reserve a parking space in the garden in advance.
